Insurance Works Skip Bins

For make-safe and repair works coordinated with a builder.

Pro Bin supplies insurance works skip bins for make-safe and repair works coordinated with a builder. Having the bin in the driveway means you can work at your own pace instead of loading and unloading a trailer.

Typical loads include damaged building materials, contents and packaging. Keep heavier material low and spread it across the floor of the bin rather than in one corner — it loads better and travels safely.

For this work we usually recommend the 5m³ bin, which holds about 5 standard 6x4 trailer loads and needs a double-length driveway or open hardstand. If you are unsure, describe the pile over the phone and we will size it with you.

What goes in the bin

Hazardous and regulated materials — asbestos, chemicals, paint, oils, gas bottles, batteries, tyres and liquids — cannot go in any bin. Call us if you are unsure about an item.
