New Home Build Site Skip Bins

For a build bin that runs from frame stage through to handover.

New Home Build Site Skip Bins are booked for a build bin that runs from frame stage through to handover. It is one of the most common reasons people call us across the Brisbane – Gold Coast – Tweed Heads corridor, and the job is nearly always easier with a bin on site than with repeated trips to a transfer station.

Typical loads include timber offcuts, packaging, plaster and wrap. Keep heavier material low and spread it across the floor of the bin rather than in one corner — it loads better and travels safely.

The 6m³ bin is the usual starting point here — roughly 27 to 30 household wheelie bins, and it requires a wide driveway, yard or worksite hardstand. Going one size up is almost always cheaper than a second delivery.

What goes in the bin

  • timber offcuts
  • packaging
  • plaster
  • wrap

Hazardous and regulated materials — asbestos, chemicals, paint, oils, gas bottles, batteries, tyres and liquids — cannot go in any bin. Call us if you are unsure about an item.
