It is one of the most common reasons people call us across the Brisbane – Gold Coast – Tweed Heads corridor, and the job is nearly always easier with a bin on site than with repeated trips to a transfer station.
Typical loads include sand, gravel, blue metal and road base. Keep heavier material low and spread it across the floor of the bin rather than in one corner — it loads better and travels safely.
For this work we usually recommend the 3m³ bin, which holds about 3 standard 6x4 trailer loads and fits comfortably on a single-car driveway. If you are unsure, describe the pile over the phone and we will size it with you.
