Charity Drive Overflow Skip Bins

For clearing donated goods that are not fit for resale.

Charity Drive Overflow Skip Bins are booked for clearing donated goods that are not fit for resale. It is one of the most common reasons people call us across the Brisbane – Gold Coast – Tweed Heads corridor, and the job is nearly always easier with a bin on site than with repeated trips to a transfer station.

Expect to be loading unsaleable clothing, broken homewares and furniture. Load the heavy material first, then fill the gaps with lighter waste so nothing sits above the rim.

The 5m³ bin is the usual starting point here — roughly 22 to 25 household wheelie bins, and it needs a double-length driveway or open hardstand. Going one size up is almost always cheaper than a second delivery.

What goes in the bin

  • unsaleable clothing
  • broken homewares
  • furniture

Hazardous and regulated materials — asbestos, chemicals, paint, oils, gas bottles, batteries, tyres and liquids — cannot go in any bin. Call us if you are unsure about an item.
